Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All returns & exchanges must take place in-store within 30 days of purchase, otherwise no credit will be issued. Mechanical parts must be returned within 7 days of purchase for consideration of credit. All equipment sales are final. No returns on gift cards, non-stocked special-order items, or electrical parts.

 

All non-defective items must be returned unopened and in their original undamaged package, or a 15% restocking fee will apply.

 

Returns & exchanges should be accompanied by a register receipt or other proof of purchase. If accompanied by a register receipt: Credit will be issued in the original form of payment. Payments made by check require a 7-day clearing period before credit will be issued. Returns without a receipt: Store credit will be issued at the lowest advertised price for the item.

 

Management reserves the right to refuse to accept product returns of non-defective merchandise.

 

SPECIAL ORDERS

All special-ordered items must be picked up within 2 weeks of arrival and initial phone call. Product held longer than 2 weeks will be returned to our supplier. Sales of non-stocked, special ordered items are final.

 

A $25.00 service charge will be applied to all returned checks.
